Emergency Failures (impacting normal operations): Response within 1 hour; on-site service within 2-4 hours in urban areas, 4-8 hours in suburban areas, and 24 hours in remote regions.
Routine Failures: Response within 2 hours; on-site service or remote resolution within 48 hours.
Free on-site installation and commissioning (remote areas subject to reasonable fees); complimentary replacement of original manufacturer parts during warranty period; transparent pricing for post-warranty services. Two complimentary annual inspections (during warranty period), with optional equipment upgrades, trade-in programs, and operator training available

Free after-sales support is not provided for equipment purchased through non-official channels, damaged due to human error, repaired by unauthorized parties, affected by force majeure, or outside the warranty period without extended coverage. Paid repair services are available for such cases.
