Applies to genuine catering equipment purchased through our official channels (including commercial stoves, refrigeration/freezing units, dishwashers, etc.), covering equipment quality defects, repairs for normal usage failures, parts replacement, and technical guidance. Excludes damage caused by human error, force majeure, or unauthorized disassembly.

Service Response Times

Emergency Failures (impacting normal operations): Response within 1 hour; on-site service within 2-4 hours in urban areas, 4-8 hours in suburban areas, and 24 hours in remote regions.

Routine Failures: Response within 2 hours; on-site service or remote resolution within 48 hours.

Core After-Sales Service Offerings

Free on-site installation and commissioning (remote areas subject to reasonable fees); complimentary replacement of original manufacturer parts during warranty period; transparent pricing for post-warranty services. Two complimentary annual inspections (during warranty period), with optional equipment upgrades, trade-in programs, and operator training available

Warranty Period

Standard equipment: 1-year warranty; Core precision equipment: 1-2 years (core components: 2-3 years); Consumable parts: 3-month warranty. Extended warranty services available upon voluntary purchase, subject to agreement terms.

Service requests may be submitted through dedicated after-sales specialists. Complaints regarding service can be reported via the dedicated complaint hotline, available 24/7, with solutions provided within 3 business days.
